Hi! I’m Colleen “Leen” Jones, a consultant who plans how to make interactive content influential.

Why? Because interactive content persuades people to make good decisions. If organizations don’t tend to their online content, they miss opportunities to influence people positively. This influence matters for user experience; product strategy; marketing and social media; and customer service. I believe it’s a win-win for organizations and their users or customers.
