Who Moved Your Cheese?
Calling for great examples of communicating to customers about a huge redesign! Right now, I’m part of a team working on a massive overhaul for a major hotel brand—new look, content, technology, and interaction. (Redesigns aren’t dead yet!) We’re tackling how to communicate it to customers before and after the redesign launches. As part of our brainstorming, we had a hard time finding or remembering stellar examples. We noted Facebook’s example of contextual help and CNN.com’s blog and beta process. You get the idea.
Have a great example? Please leave it as a comment or e-mail it to me!
